How do I Confirm Availability?
For your chosen Event date All Inventory availability would be confirmed when the Quote is sent before Retainer fee is made.
Is the Retainer/ Deposit Fee Refundable?
NO A 50% non refundable retainer fee is required in order to book Items. The remaining balance will be applied to your invoice due before final delivery or pickup.
Cancellations & Payments? Also, a 100% fee of the rental price will be charged on any rental if canceled 2 business days or less to the day of your event.
Do you provide Delivery?
YES, we provide delivery at an additional service fee.
Can I Pickup?
YES, with the exception of specialty luxury items with Glass.
What is the Rental Duration?
All Rentals are 1-day. Longer times durations need to be agreed
Delivery Time Frame: Our Team will give you a 2hr delivery time frame as agreed with you before your event day and we would require sign off on the invoice after delivery.
Delivery & Setup: Rentals will only be delivered either to front door or front garage door or lower levels of a building except agreed otherwise. Setup fee is required to move items to backyards; upstairs a building etc.
Damage/Loss Responsibility/Rental Waiver
You as the customer are responsible for any damage of the item(s) that are rented. Items while in your care are your complete responsibility and you are responsible for any damage, theft or misuse of these items. Full Item price would be charged to the customer in times of Damage or Excessive use.
Waiver — We the renters (Lamieventz) are NOT responsible for any damage or injury caused to the customer/guest or any Individual or property. The customer will use items properly and be solely responsible for any injury caused by rental Items. * All extra fees will be charged to the credit card on file. **By signing this agreement and waiver you agree to all the terms and conditions listed above
All décor and items are the property of Lamieventz, LLC and serve as rentals only.
A $50 local delivery fee will be added to your invoice.
A traveling fee of $5.00 per mile will apply for an event over a 25-mile radius.
